WPM After Sales Service(2016 July version)

All products purchased at WPM website or WPM showroom in Hong Kong cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. 

If WPM determines that the product is defective and you are eligible to exchange your product, please contact us and send back your product with the original receipt along with the original packaging within 7 days of the date you receive the product.


WPM Maintenance Condition:


After purchasing WPM product(s), you can enjoy maintenance and repair service if you register the products within 10 calendar days from the time you purchased your product(s). From the time you confirm to receive your product(s), you can enjoy WPM maintenance and repair service within 12 months from the time you purchased your products free of charges if:


i)  Warranted against the defects not caused by artificial factors;

ii) Official receipt has been provided and confirmed by WPM service counter.


  1. If the product(s) is (are) in the case that what the warranty does not cover, regardless of its maintenance and repair service period, the warranty will be excluded. In this case, we will charge clients $300 for the checking service (Not include the transportation fee and the cost of repaired parts). If you need more details, please read  《Warranty》 .
  2. WPM maintenance and repair service will be valid within 12 months from the time you purchased your products free of charges, and the service period will not be extended in any cases.



WPM Maintenance and Repair Service Package


WPM Maintenance and Repair Service Package will be provided to your electronic devices.


  • Repair of your WPM machine and a full check of its components.
  • Return of your WPM machine: Once it is repaired, clients will be noticed to choose to collect by themselves or to send to the company address by other transportation company (The freight will have extra charge).
  • The warranty in respect of a repaired product/part will continue to be warranted for the remaining of its warranty period, or 30 days from the date of completion of repair, whichever is longer.
  • Maintenance and Repair Service (only for professional coffee machine): The loan of a WPM machine for the repair period (subject to availability)





  1. The product warranty service has been expired.
  2. The product serial number, or warranty serial number is not valid.
  3. Any product on which the serial number has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered.
  4. This limited warranty is only valid in Hong Kong, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service.
  5. Any damages or defects that result from use of parts made by parties other than the WPM company.
  6. Any damages or defects that occur in/on outer surface of the product that result from normal wear and tear under ordinary use.
  7. Any damages or defects caused by human errors or unexpected factors including but not limited to handling, extrusion, bumps, scratches, impacts, exposure to high temperature, improper input voltage, corrosion, water, fire, accidents etc.
  8. Any damages or defects caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
  9. Any damages or defects caused by any accident, act of natural, physical damage or malfunction, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or alteration and modification.
  10. Failure to follow instructions supplied with the product, any damages or defects caused by, including but not limited to external pressure, impact damage, dropped, misuse, humidity, rain, other consequences of easy access, or missing parts.
  11. No heating block or brewing head periodic cleansing with the appropriate use of antifouling agent or detergents, resulting in the dysfunction of thermoblock, filter or steam wand.
  12. If clients violate the terms of use or the case is not a poor quality issue within the valid service period, the product will be out of warranty, repair of out of warranty products shall be separately quoted by the WPM service center and respective service shall be provided upon service fee payment.
  13. Deterioration of the product, including but not limited to:the blue apron on the brewing head, the water softener on the water tank, the color cast of the product.



Supplementary Specification:


  • WPM only provides maintenance and repair service. Soon after payment is made, there will be no replacement, return / refund or any changes.
  • WPM will requires the original sales receipt or other documentation as proof of warranty coverage. WPM reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the information is not sufficient.
  • WPM service center authorized dealers to undertake the warranty repair, but still, fault detection and repair quote are determined by WPM service center test results.
  • Before returning any unit for service, WPM may reset the product content and software settings to the factory settings, all data and settings within the product may not be restored. WPM is not responsible for damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage media.
  • The warranty is offered only to the original purchasers and is not transferable to any third party.
  • WPM reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
